Renn of the Raven Clan from the brilliant Chronicles of Ancient Darkness (I haven't read past the third book so no spoilers, please). Ok, so this isn't exactly a depiction of that passage, but it's the best description of Renn.

She looks a lot older than thirteen and I realise that bow is not exactly balanced but, hey, I really like it.
